Q.I would like to pay by PayPal, is it possible?
A.Sorry,Bank transfer only.
Q.Can I pay by credit card?
A.We accept only bank transfer. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Q.Can I pay by Money order?
A.We would be most grateful if you could use the bank transfer.
Q.Can I pay in installments ?
A.We are very sorry but we cannot accept install payments. We must receive the total amount in one time in advance in order to proceed with production of the doll.
Q.Is it possible to make payment in Euro?
A.We are sorry but we must receive the total in Japanese YEN. When you
make your bank transfer you should be able to ask your bank to make the
payment in Japanese Yen. They will give you the equivalent in Euros.
Q.When I pay for the order, how will you know that payment was received from me?
A.When you pay for your order. We will be able to know who you are and what you are paying for by your name on the account. After you pay, could you scan or Fax the bank transfer receipt to us? That will be the best way to confirm your payment with us.

Q.Can you ship by Syrface?
A.We only send by AIR.
Q.Will I get a message before I get the delivery?
A.Yes, we will send a letter of dispatch on the day of shipment. Air srvide
comes with a tracking number, which we will also send to you by email.
This way you will be able to track the package all the way from Japan to your doorstep.
Q.How is the box labeled?
A.The label will read "Doll & Doll Accessories".
Q.Do you know how much custom fee will be?
A.We are very sorry but due to the wide variation in tariff duties and taxes, We are not able to quote the costs for your country. Please check with your local customs agent.
Q.After payment is received, what is the process and how long until I might receive her?
A.After payment is confirmed, production will begin for your doll. It generally
takes up to one month for completion. After completion we will ship it
to you by Air service. Which is quite quick. Air service usually takes
3 days, but since the size is large, it could take up to a week.

Q.Can I visit the production plant?
A.I'm sorry, no one in the production plant speaks English.
It is quite small and not open for public viewing. Although, there are plans for a show room in the future.
Q.Is there a way of contacting the manufacture directly?
A.We handle all of the manufactures international orders. You may direct all of your questions to us.
Q.Why you cost more and charge more for shipping than the price of the original doll page?
A.We handle the maker's international sales.
The website you are referring to is for strictly domestic sales in Japan.
Therefore the prices are different and set by the maker.
Q.Is it possible to change my order?
A.It is possible to change your order until you settle the payment. After we confirmed your payment, you cannot change the order.
